Taste the World is Sugo's new omakase program, currently hosted weekly in our Pike Place location's front sushi bar by esteemed Chef Han Lee. With nearly a decade of sushi training, Chef Han takes the revered art of Japanese sushi and reimagines it through a global lens—drawing inspiration from flavors around the world while honoring the precision and elegance of traditional techniques.
