SHIO Dining Room

SHIO is the tabletop experience at Sugo, named after the Japanese word for salt. All dishes at SHIO are topped with gourmet finishing salts tableside from our neighbors at Pike Place's Market Spice to enhance the flavors of our Japanese street food-inspired dishes like chirashi bowls or chicken katsu sandos. We also serve a curated selection of hand roll sets in the SHIO dining room and outdoor patio, open seasonally.
