Fifth Taste Sake x Sugo Global Omakase

Join us on Wednesday, December 17 for an intimate collaboration between Seattle’s Sugo Hand Roll Bar and the artisanal sake curators at Fifth Taste Sake. This special event brings together two crafts rooted in precision, creativity, and balance—sushi and sake—through a guided, chef-led omakase pairing experience.

For this one-night collaboration, omakase courses will be paired with a hand-selected sake from Fifth Taste Sake—a San Francisco-based importer and educator dedicated to sourcing “sakes from storied brewers that are rich in history and uncommon in taste.” Their guided commentary will highlight how each sake enhances the flavors, textures, and umami of the omakase sequence.
